What if I have an out of stock item in my order?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of the items listed on our site occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If this is the case, a customer service representative will call you with the estimated in-stock date and you can request to be put on a “waiting list”.

Can I purchase a gift certificate online or use a coupon online?

How do I cancel my order?

If an item that I purchased goes on sale, do I get a price adjustment?

How is sales tax calculated?

The sales tax is calculated based on the location of the “Ship To” address.
